Andreea specializes in labor matters and environmental law.  Her work has included assisting Romanian and international clients with labor disputes as well as advising on day-to-day employment issues and problems.  Recent assignments include advising on disciplinary investigations and harassment claims, conducting internal investigations of malfeasance and  drafting and updating internal regulations and policies.

Andreea’s recent experience includes: 1) advising a large Romanian distributor of agricultural  machinery with the dismissal of various high-ranking personnel;  2) advising an international bank with entering into and negotiating a collective bargaining agreement with 1,000s of employees;  3) assisting a large pharmaceutical company regarding various employment matters, such as updating and modernizing their internal regulations and policies and implementing teleworking systems; and 4) advising a leading Romanian Bank with their disciplinary proceedings and related litigation (such as challenges to dismissal decisions, claims for damages, denials of harassment  and so on).

In addition, Andreea has extensive knowledge on environmental related matters.  Recent work included assisting a large Romanian Organization Implementing the Extended Producer Responsibility with their day-to-day related issues, including revising their client contracts.  She also advised on the specific requirements under the Waste Shipment Regulation for waste shipments as well as advising clients challenging in court the decisions of public authorities.
