Alex is a member of the Firm’s Real Estate Practice as well as part of the Firm’s Energy & Natural Resources team.

Recently, Alex has advised on variety of real estate transactions, including buying/selling properties, due diligence for acquisitions as well as regulatory and registration matters. One of his major cases was working to settle issues related to the development and refurbishment of a major local bridge. His Energy projects included a dispute with ANRE (Romania’s Energy Regulator) and on the regulatory-side, Alex as worked on a major gaming dispute involving multiple jurisdictions and courts (including the UK and Cyprus).
