Bogdan is a member of the Firm’s corporate and commercial practice, with a special focus on sanctions and UBO matters. Over the course of the last year, Bogdan as worked on a variety of corporate matters, including working on the largest sanctions case in Romanian history. Besides his general corporate work, he also has experience in Anti-Money Laundering and Combating Financing of Terrorism issues (AML/CFT).
