Diana is part of the Regulatory and Corporate team with expertise in environmental matters, white-collar crime and sanctions/UBO issues. Recent assignments include her providing legal support and advice with regard to the disposal and transport of waste products from heavy industries including advising on the regulatory rules as well as developing and negotiating the relevant contracts and agreements. In addition to her regulatory work, she advises on real estate projects and general corporate matters, with a focus on potential risks and compliance issues that can arise during the course of a company’s business.
