Adelina specializes in regulatory matters, with a special focus on corporate, commercial and banking.  In this role, she has been involved in a wide variety of regulatory and corporate matters and provided assistance to clients with issues related to licensing, authorizations and regulatory compliance.  She also as experience in data protection issues.

Recent transactions include representing one of Moldova’s leading banks with local and international litigation matters with respect to the enforcement and execution of a series of receivables and insolvency proceedings. She also assisted with the drafting and registration of financing and security documentation regarding Moldova’s largest cereals producer as well as advising a financial institution during the pre-acquisition phase of acquiring a Moldovan bank, including drafting due diligence, revising corporate documents and so on.
