Nadejda specializes in commercial and general corporate law, with a special focus on employment matters and real estate transactions. During the last several years Nadejda assisted a variety of foreign and local clients on employment cases, corporate and regulatory matters, licensing, permits and general commercial transactions.

Nadejda is expert in employment law and over the last few years has represented numerous high-profile clients in their employment issues, including the Salvation Army, the Peace Corps, the British Embassy and many others. In the course of her work, she has represented clients in all types of labour issues, including collective dismissals, management restructurings, work permits and visas and with disputes and litigation.

Nadejda also has extensive experience in immigration matters, having represented numerous foreign individuals in obtaining visas and residency permits (for work, religious reasons or on uniting the family). Her experience both filing the necessary documentation and dealing with the relevant immigration and labour authorities. She has also participation in public discussions with the relevant state authorities on the drafting of new immigration laws.

Her recent real estate work includes advising one of the world’s largest international charitable organizations on their move to Moldova, including assisting them throughout Moldova with their real estate transactions and needs, for instance with regard to the acquisition of their national headquarters, acquisition of buildings for their charitable activities as well as with residencies and other locations/properties.
