We have also represented clients in front of the National Bank of Romania, the National Securities Commission, the Bucharest Stock Exchange and RASDAQ. In addition, we are a regional leader in developing and implementing new and inventive financial products. For instance, we advised on the structuring and implementation of the first cash-pulling product in Romanian history.

In the compliance and regulatory area, we have worked for many market leading banks and financial institutions as well as for foreign governments. For example, one of our projects was the redrafting the leasing laws of Moldova.
