Our commercial work includes a full range of competition (antitrust) advisory services necessary to help our clients in their acquisition and restructuring transactions. During thelast few years, we have advised major local and international companies on the applicability of pre- and post-merger notification requirements and assisted our clients in the preparation and processing of all necessary filings. We also have excellent litigation experience in preparing and sustaining successful defenses during the course of Competition Council investigations and hearings and before the relevant Romanian authorities and courts.
